Ivette is here to help you make the most of your new Subaru, whether you have one quick question or want to work through several features together. Your time with her is centered on the way you drive.
Ivette Lassman brings a genuine passion for people, community, and the Subaru brand to her role at Landers McLarty Subaru.
Originally from Texas, Ivette and her family relocated to the area for her husband’s career. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources.
Ivette has been part of the Subaru family since 2021. Throughout her Subaru career, she has worked in Customer Relations, Community Relations, and the Subaru Love Encore program, giving her a unique understanding of both the Subaru ownership experience and the importance of building lasting relationships with customers.
As our Love Encore Specialist, Ivette loves helping new Subaru owners become more comfortable and confident with their vehicles. From understanding the latest technology and safety features to answering those questions that come up after you’ve had a little time behind the wheel, Ivette is here to make sure you get the most out of your Subaru.
And she knows the Subaru ownership experience firsthand—she is currently on her fourth Subaru!
Outside of the dealership, Ivette is the proud mother of two adult children and recently became a first-time grandmother. She also has two Maltese “fur babies” who are an important part of the family. When she isn’t helping Subaru owners, Ivette enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at the Botanical Gardens.
For Ivette, being part of Subaru is about more than vehicles—it’s about people, relationships, community, and making every customer feel at home long after they drive off the lot.
